At Our Happy Place, keeping things local isn’t just a nice idea - it’s how we work.

From the photography and design to the printing and pressing we make make as much as we can right here in New Zealand.

Working with local suppliers means we can keep things personal. It also means better quality control, faster turnaround times, and the chance to support other Kiwis who care about their craft as much as we do.

We use AS Colour garments, a New Zealand-owned company known for premium, long-lasting basics. While their garments are made offshore, we chose them for their ethical production, transparent supply chain, and consistent quality - all things that help us create clothing made to last.

By combining local printing, NZ photography and design, and high-quality, ethically made garments, we can offer something that feels truly New Zealand - inside and out.

Each piece is printed locally and finished by hand, so no two are ever exactly the same. Every design celebrates one of our country’s unique places - from Muriwai to Maraetai to Matarangi and beyond - turning your favourite spots into wearable souvenirs.
